We All Long For Fun

We all get lost in the jungle of work, family and relationship responsibilities. For most people it’s a daily grind of routines we just take with a grain of salt. Call it cliché but life is great and most importantly, fun! When things get out of hand, we all wish we could escape and be someplace else. Some of us just close our eyes and imagine that we’re in a beach with clear blue water and pristine white sands, sipping our favorite drink and just lounging away under the sun. Nice getaway right?

Well today I’m reliving that scene I keep on “repeat” every time the going gets tough at work. I’m here in the island of Boracay, one of the best beaches in the world. To top it off, I’m staying in Discovery Shores this weekend.  A totally amazing 5-star hotel. It just doesn’t get better than this.

After a hearty breakfast and before I start basking in the sun, let me just say that investing in real estate in the Philippines has always been a viable and winning option. With good governance and reliable Filipino skills, our country has finally been getting its share of the limelight as a strong and an upcoming country to invest in. As a Real Estate Broker, I tend to follow trends on how the market feels and reacts. Besides, almost everything in life is dictated by trends. May it be in fashion, music, food, and even architecture or interior design.  Let’s just say Manila has much to offer and trends these past few years have shown how resilient this city and the country as a whole has been.

It is an emerging market and we have barely scratched the surface. This is the trend we are following and my intuition tells me that the ship is sailing and you don’t want to be left behind. The datas, trends and forecasts have pointed out that your real estate investment will be safe in this country. Living in the now and making the right investments for the future are what we all strive for. Life is not supposed to be a web of routine actions we have to get entangled with, nor should real estate investments or any investment be for that matter. We work hard for this money that will make us more money in the future. That is one of the few routines I love and will always keep.
